Pastor Maury Davis, Senior Pastor
Pastor Maury Davis was arrested at age eighteen for the crime of first-degree murder. Following his trial and conviction, he served eight and one-half years in the Texas Department of Corrections. During his incarceration, Pastor Davis found his Savior in Jesus Christ and led a revival among his fellow prisoners. Following his unexpected release from prison, Pastor Davis served on the pastoral staff of Calvary Temple in Irving, Texas, under the leadership of Dr. J. Don George where he served as Youth Pastor. There, he met and married his wife, Gail, and in 1986, they became parents of triplets – Gabrielle, Danielle, and Galen. In 1994, their son, Dillon, was born into to the family. After five years at Calvary Temple, Pastor Davis answered the call to full-time evangelism and the young family traveled across the United States preaching at churches, youth camps, bible schools, and speaking to teens in public schools. In 1991, after preaching one Sunday at the two-hundred-fifty-member Cornerstone Church in Madison, Tennessee, Pastor Davis was offered the position of Senior Pastor. He accepted that appointment and has led Cornerstone to its current average attendance of nearly 3,900 people. Pastor Davis simply preaches that Jesus is the answer... whatever the situation, whatever the problem. He has a heartfelt desire for people to understand that if God would save him, He stands ready to meet anyone, whatever their circumstances.

Pastor Sarah DeLane, Music Pastor
In July 2005, Pastor Sarah DeLane joined the pastoral staff at Cornerstone Church. After 19 years of experience in full-time music evangelism, God has brought her to a place to minister in the local church. While Pastor Sarah's early love for music has never faded, her mission and ministry have evolved greatly. This evolution is the result of a willingness to be used by God wherever He has chosen to lead. This willingness began early, when at the age of seven, Pastor Sarah and her family were invited to travel overseas with Chinese evangelist, Dr. Nora Lam. Pastor Sarah's singing has taken her all over Asia, Israel, Canada and the United States. For eight years, she traveled with Music Evangelist Nancy Harmon. For six years, she was regularly featured on the Gaither Homecoming Tour. These experiences have afforded her to share her ministry of music personally with more than a million people. Pastor Sarah DeLane has contributed to two books, and a recent highlight was to be able to sing at a Billy Graham Crusade. Pastor Sarah says, “It is a high honor to serve Cornerstone Church in music ministry. The foundation of our music is the Word of God, the backbone is prayer; and it is empowered by the anointing of the Holy Spirit, which removes burdens, destroys yokes and brings healing to the hurting. Come, be a part of what God is doing!”

Pastor Sandy Sterban, Associate Pastor
Pastor Sandra Sterban sees the need for enlightenment in people's lives in order for them to be winners in this life. Never content to remain inside boundaries, Pastor Sandra Sterban ministers in churches of all denominations. The driving force behind her is the desire to equip God’s people, whether in her home church or ministering wherever the Lord leads. Not knowing the Word as a young woman and how she could apply it in her life, Pastor Sandra Sterban allowed Satan to oppress her mind for nineteen years, thinking that this was God’s will. Through the power of praise and the Word of God, Pastor Sandy Sterban was released from the power of darkness and understood God’s longing for people to be free. "I know the Word of God can change the lives of people if they will only get it in their spirits. "My desire is to teach believers about the incredible love and power of a big God. It’s imperative that Christians stop living beneath the provisions God has made for them." Pastor Sandy oversees pastoral care, counseling and women's ministries.
