Dear Friends,

 

There are two major things happening in September... the first, of course, is Labor Day weekend with our special guest and friend, John Bevere. He has been, and will be, a blessing as he shares what God has been saying to him. You do not want to miss the 4th and 5th!

 

I am going to do a three-week sermon series on LET THE DREAMERS RISE. I love the spiritual subject of dreams. Not too long ago, someone asked me WHY is that subject so near and dear to my heart. The answer is simple... for the first eight and one-half years I served God, all I could do in reality was dream about the days I would be free and what I would do for my Lord when freedom came. I dreamed when I prayed, I dreamed when I studied, I daydreamed about great things of God, and I dreamed while I slept. Those dreams fueled a passion and a discipline in my life, because the dream created a picture of what could be and, by the grace of God, what would be.

 

Almost 36 years later, I stand looking at many of the dreams I had for God as a young man, and they are now history or current reality.

 

I want you to learn to be a godly dreamer and have God-sized dreams... don’t miss this!
